Slow-roasted pork loin marinated in aged balsamic, fresh garlic, rosemary, and thyme, sliced and served with pan jus.
Broiled Lemon Haddock
Flaky North Atlantic haddock broiled with fresh lemon, butter, and parsley, finished with a crisp herbed breadcrumb topping.

Penne tossed with wilted baby spinach, roasted garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and a light olive oil and white-wine sauce.
